The game happens at the table. The work happens around it.
We build the operational layer around American Mahjong — classes, clubs and tournaments — so the people running them spend less of the evening on logistics and more of it at the table.
Systems, not generic planners
Every MahjongTableFlow product is built around one job: teaching a paid class, running a recurring club night, or directing a multi-round tournament. Nothing here is a reskinned generic event planner. The lesson plans, forms, workbooks and the Tournament Flow app each exist because one of those jobs kept producing the same problem.
We design around the Flow Method: fill the table, lay out the plan, operate the session, wrap and repeat. It's the same shape behind a beginner class, a club night and a tournament — just scaled differently.
Start with the real job
Tools are organized around teaching, club, tournament and social-hosting operations — not a one-size-fits-all planner.
Keep the table human
The paperwork is supposed to disappear into the background. If a tool makes the room feel more administrative, it's not doing its job.
Make repeatable things reusable
Rosters, rotations, checklists, score collection and event communication shouldn't be rebuilt from scratch every week.
Say what something isn't
Every product page lists who it's for and who it's not for, on purpose — a tool that fits your situation badly isn't a win for anyone.
How digital delivery works here
Checkout and files, via Etsy
Every purchase, checkout and file delivery is handled by Etsy. You'll download a ZIP after purchase and unzip it to get the working files.
Editable where it matters
Lesson plans and reference materials are ready-to-use. Forms and workbooks that you're meant to adapt — rosters, pricing, business tools — are editable. Each product page says exactly which is which.
Read the license on the listing
Three license types are in use: Single-Instructor Commercial (Instructor Kit), single-buyer event (Tournament Flow), and single-purchaser personal/club use (the printable packs). The exact terms are on each Etsy listing and on the matching page here.
Questions go through Etsy
For order, file or license questions, message the shop directly through Etsy — that keeps your order details and purchase protection in one place.
Independent, and better said plainly than left for anyone to assume.
Not official. Not affiliated. On purpose.
MahjongTableFlow is an independent product brand. We are not official, affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or approved by any league or card publisher. Our products contain no annual cards, proprietary winning hands or official tournament rules. They are built to sit alongside whatever current card and rules your group already uses.
We also disclose how the work is made: AI-assisted drafting and layout tools were used during product development. The files were directed, edited, tested and assembled by the seller.
