Mahjong Table Calculator
Enter your player count and get the table split. This does the seating arithmetic only; it assumes no official Mahjong rule and states none.
American Mahjong is normally played with 4 to a table. When the count doesn't divide evenly, the common practical fallback is one or more tables of 3 — this calculator shows the standard split, not an official seating rule. Your own event's policy on 3-player tables and substitutes always governs.
